Kyle Hanson, Founder and Executive Director, and his wife, Jen, Business Operations Manager, love working together with a tight-knit team. They have three kids, Jonathan, Jayden, and Amber, who all enjoy sharing their time and gifts with TRIUN3. And every member of the team is cared for like family, with regular team-bonding outings and weekly devotions.
How TRIUN3 Began
Founded in 2020 by Kyle Hanson, TRIUN3 (pronounced "triune") has earned the trust of churches, schools, and nonprofits by bringing them the financial and HR expertise once reserved for large organizations.
It's the partnership behind that growth, starting with our foundational work alongside WeTeachTruth Lutheran Education, that shaped who we are today. As solution finders, we have a track record of thinking in and outside the box to simplify responsibilities while maximizing efficiency and impact: on average, the schools we serve see a 29% reduction in their cost gap per student.
